Assignment Status update notifications

New notification to officials when their assignment status has changed

Officials now receive a notification (push & email) if one of their assignments is changed by the assignor or an account administrator.

Here are the conditions that will trigger a notification to the official.

• status change: accepted → revoked, removed, declined, or assigned

• status change: assigned → revoked, removed, or declined

• Or anytime the status is changed to accepted by anyone other than the official

As a quick reminder, here are the typical status changes we expect to see.

• draft (initial status when assignor adds an official to a game/role)

• draft → removed (assignor removes official from game/role)

• draft → assigned (assignor releases the assignment)

• assigned → accepted (official accepts or the assignor accepts on the official’s behalf)

• accepted → revoked (official removed from the game by the assignor)

• accepted → declined (official withdraws their acceptance)

• accepted → assigned (match modified and must be re-accepted)
